Hard to use and figure out where you can print off your report for taxes

Inaccurate balances. No mechanism to remove invalid coins with invalid price information, which makes finding additional invalid coins with invalid price information extremely difficult, and difficulty increases as inaccurate balances accumulate (balances reporting ~ $200 million higher than they should be) because they're already so far off they are completely useless.

I've used CoinTracker for several years and usually the program worked well. However this year was a disaster regarding filing my crypto taxes. There were so many errors on the tax report the program generated. They finally admitted that they were have some issues because of so many complaints. And their support is useless. I got a message stating that they were very busy and that I should file for a tax extension! I purchased a different tax program and I completed my taxes in a day. I asked for a refund but all you communicate with is their AI bot. They lost my business.

zero customer service. zero phone numbers. zero people help from real people. no way to change your email address. I'm hoping my refund request goes through

Very horrible customer service and company. I been trying to reach them. Paid $400 for Tax center and the software is glitched. Very corrupt algorithm. It said I lost millions and I never had millions. Stay away from this scam.

No support at all. You can send mails and mails but you will not get any answer in order to solve the multiple bugs they have. It does not matter if you have paid for a cheap or an expensive plan, you will not get support at all. I do not recommend to choose this company, they will get your money and run away.

The company i was using had issues with Zebsafe. They turned to cointracket for the money that is owed to me. Cointracker asked for %10 of the funds to verify and activate my account. Then they asked for $3000 US for an api tax key. After all that they had issues with the security of exodus and coinbase wallets. Wanted bitcoin.com wallet. Gave that to them. Said it would be 48 hours to send because it was such a big deposit. Still haven't gotten my money and all they and tech support can keep saying is "sorry for the inconvenience" and "my money is safe" and "you will get paid". It's been 3 weeks, i doubt I'll ever see my money again.

They took advantage of us! and they must pay for it. Please do not put your money into this company. The rules have been drastically altered. and your money will never be seen again. I was warned, but I went ahead and did it anyway. You should save yoursel

Email list got hacked. Lots of spam, all regarding crypto. Only Cointracker & Coinbase have this address.
